We believe this provides peace of mind for you whilst easing the interview process knowing Elite Nannies have met and passed our strict screening criteria with honesty, a high sense of responsibility and a genuine love for children who are then entrusted by you to provide quality care in your home.
Only the highest calibre candidates are selected and registered as “Elite Nannies” for they must be qualified in Childcare, have a minimum of three years full-time relevant childcare experience and hold a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
The experienced Manager
of The Elite Nanny Service conduct a careful screening process where scenarios
and questions regarding emergency and childcare situations are presented to
the nannies. All references are both written and verbally checked and all nannies
must pass an Australia wide police clearance and driving history check prior
to registration. The experienced manager provide professional assistance and
practical advice in all aspects of employing an Elite Nanny, throughout the
interview process and also throughout your employment of an Elite Nanny focusing
on maintaining a professional work ethic.
ELITE NANNIES
"Elite Nannies" are trained, qualified in childcare with relevant
employment experience in a variety of childcare settings such as private hospitals,
schools and childcare centres. When placed within your home to care for your
children, "Elite Nannies" offer a commitment in care to all aspects
of a child’s physical, emotional and educational development. An Elite
Nanny is responsible for the nurture and day-to-day care of your child. This
includes bathing, preparing meals, providing and engaging your child in activities
that are appropriate to your child's age focusing on stimulating and encouraging
their individual development.
MOTHERCRAFT NURSES
Mothercraft and Maternity Nurse Nannies with extensive experience are
employed within your home offering specialized advice, support and assistance
on all aspects of care for your newborn baby such as breastfeeding, feeding
and sleeping routines, sterilization and care of multiple birth infants. Mothercraft
Nurses are available for occasional days, evenings and overnight care or if
you require part or full time care. We offer flexibility, professional advice
and personal assistance when determining your individual needs.

DUTIES
A professional nanny is flexible, reliable and provides support and assitance
to the family within the home. A nanny's duties encompass the complete safety,
responsibility, care and needs of the child. This includes the day to day care
such as meal preparation and bathing whilst maintaining a clean and safe working
environment.
In quiet periods through out the day, when it is appropriate, a nanny demonstrates initiative to complete light household duties that parents may require. It is the nanny's responsibility to engage the child in both indoor and outdoor play activities appropriate to their age group for example: painting, craft, music, baking, story time at the local library, gymbaroo, play grounds and play groups etc.... that encourage and stimulate the physical, social, intellectual, and emotional developmental needs of the child.
Therefore employing a nanny without credentials, qualifications and relevant childcare experience is a high risk The Elite Nanny Service recommends families do not take.
